Local privilege escalation via catchall double deactivation

Use-after-free in Linux kernel netfilter allows local users with CAP_NET_ADMIN to escalate privileges through pipapo set deletion. The nft_trans_gc_catchall_sync path deactivates an expired catchall element after nft_delset already deactivated it, leaving an NFT_CHAIN or NFT_OBJECT reference usable after free. Reaching the flaw requires direct local access and CAP_NET_ADMIN, which unprivileged user namespaces can grant on affected RHEL systems; successful exploitation gains root privileges.
