Stored cross-site scripting in the Quiz Handler of RRJ Nueva Ecija Engineer Online Portal 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run script. The add_quiz.php handler places unneutralized Quiz Title and Quiz Description values into HTML served to other users. Low-privileged authentication is required, and a victim must view the affected content; execution is limited to the victim's browser context.
