Stored cross-site scripting in RRJ Nueva Ecija Engineer Online Portal 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run script in a viewer's browser. The Create Message Handler in teacher_message.php accepts the Content field with embedded closing-title and script markup without neutralizing it before presentation. A low-privileged account must submit the message and another user must view it, enabling browser-context actions without interrupting the service.
