Root file overwrite via svc_topstats command injection

OS command injection in Dell Unity before 5.4 allows local users to overwrite arbitrary files with root privileges. The svc_topstats diagnostic utility passes attacker-controlled input to an operating-system command without adequate neutralization, allowing its root execution context to redirect output to arbitrary file paths. Access requires an authenticated Service User session through the Unity CLI, and exploitation can replace any file writable by root.
