Code execution via unchecked QCC component index

Out-of-bounds write in NVIDIA nvJPEG2000 0.8.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted JPEG2000 file. The decoder uses a QCC segment's Cqcc value to index an array sized from SIZ.Csiz without checking that the index is in bounds. A consuming application must parse the attacker-supplied file; exploitation can execute code or corrupt data in that application's process.
