Privilege escalation via container-controlled ldconfig execution

Improper isolation in NVIDIA Container Toolkit and GPU Operator allows remote authenticated users to enter the host network namespace. The runtime accepts an ldconfig path into the container file system and executes that container-supplied binary in the host network namespace. A crafted container image, user interaction, and nondefault ldconfig configuration are required, enabling service interruption or privilege escalation.
