Host code execution via container-supplied ldconfig

Improper isolation in NVIDIA Container Toolkit 1.17.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access host devices. When config.toml sets ldconfig without the host-relative prefix, the runtime executes a container-supplied binary with read and write access to host devices. GPU Operator 24.9.0 and earlier is affected through its deployed toolkit; exploitation requires the nondefault setting and high privileges to run a crafted image, enabling host code execution, disclosure, tampering, privilege escalation, or service interruption.
