Host takeover via raced library symlink mounts

A TOCTOU race in NVIDIA Container Toolkit 1.16.1 and earlier allows attackers controlling a container image to access the host file system. During legacy CUDA compatibility mounting, path validation precedes symlink-backed library mounts, so a crafted image can replace the checked target and mount the host root. Execution requires the default hook path and a victim to run the image; CDI is unaffected, while exposed runtime sockets permit root host takeover.
