Improper authentication in NVIDIA UFM products allows attackers to escalate privileges through malformed Ethernet management requests. NVIDIA has not disclosed which Ethernet management endpoint mishandles the malformed request or how authentication is bypassed. Exploitation requires adjacent-network access but no privileges or user interaction, and successful attacks can also tamper with or disclose data or interrupt service.
