CVE-2024-0126

Privilege escalation via undisclosed input validation flaw

Published Oct 26, 2024 · Updated Nov 1, 2024

Improper input validation in NVIDIA GPU Display Driver and Virtual GPU Manager allows privileged local users to escalate permissions. NVIDIA has not published the affected driver component, the input source, or the invalid operation performed on that input. Exploitation requires high local privileges and can cross a security boundary, enabling code execution, data disclosure or tampering, or a service interruption.
