CVE-2024-0107

Local information disclosure via user-mode out-of-bounds read

Published Aug 8, 2024 · Updated Nov 4, 2025

Out-of-bounds read in NVIDIA GPU Display Driver for Windows allows local users to disclose data through the user-mode layer. NVIDIA identifies the faulty locus only as the user-mode layer and has not disclosed the component, input, or operation that reads beyond its intended bounds. An unprivileged regular account is required; successful exploitation also enables code execution, privilege escalation, or data tampering, while NVIDIA does not specify whether denial of service is a hang or crash.
