Buffer overflow in NVIDIA vGPU software's Linux Virtual GPU Manager allows guest OS users to compromise the host. The manager overruns a host buffer while processing guest-controlled input; NVIDIA has not disclosed the responsible function or message format. A low-privileged guest OS user can read or alter host data, gain host privileges, or interrupt service without host user interaction.
