Out-of-bounds read in NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit before 12.4 allows local users to crash cuobjdump or nvdisasm with a malformed ELF file. The tools read beyond an ELF buffer boundary while parsing attacker-controlled file content; NVIDIA has not disclosed the exact parser function or field.
