CVE-2024-0067Network attack vector

Filesystem-name disclosure via ledlimit.cgi path traversal

Published Sep 10, 2024 · Updated Nov 8, 2024

Path traversal in AXIS OS 8.40 through 11.10 allows remote authenticated users to list local folder and file names via ledlimit.cgi. The VAPIX endpoint accepts a traversal path and resolves it outside its intended directory while producing a filesystem listing. Operator- or administrator-privileged service-account access is required, and the disclosed content is limited to folder and file names.
