Exercise-route disclosure via unfiltered change logs

Missing authorization in Health Connect on Android 14 allows local users to read other apps' exercise route data through change logs. The change-log read path fetched route rows by record UUID without passing the caller package or READ_EXERCISE_ROUTE permission state, so it omitted the ownership filter. A local app needs no extra execution privileges or user interaction; exposure is limited to stored exercise-route location data.
