Local privilege escalation via unvalidated VP8 parameters

Heap buffer overflow in Android Framework 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows local users to escalate privileges through malformed VP8 OMX parameters. SoftVP8Encoder::internalGetVp8Params accepts a caller-supplied OMX_VIDEO_PARAM_VP8TYPE structure without validating its header before accessing and populating it. Low-privileged local code can reach the flaw without user interaction and gain elevated control of the affected device.
