Local privilege escalation in Google Android 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows local users to retain foreground service privileges. AccountManagerService Session objects were not scheduled to time out, so a null response could leave an account session open and preserve its foreground-service privilege state. Exploitation requires local code execution but no user interaction, and the retained privileges can elevate the attacking process.
