Adjacent memory disclosure via unchecked SMP length

Out-of-bounds read in Android 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows physically proximate attackers to disclose memory through a Bluetooth security request. The smp_proc_sec_req function dereferences authentication-request data before checking that the received SMP command has a valid length. A nearby unauthenticated Bluetooth peer can trigger the read without user interaction; the documented consequence is information disclosure only.
