Remote information disclosure via unreallocated MTP buffer

Heap buffer overflow in Google Android 11 through 14 allows remote attackers to disclose information via MTP parameter processing. MtpPacket::setParameter expands mPacketSize for an out-of-range parameter index but writes through the old heap buffer without reallocating it first. Unauthenticated exploitation requires no user interaction and has no reported data-modification or service-interruption impact.
