Local privilege escalation via unsealed shared memory

Heap buffer overflow in Google Android 11, 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows local users to escalate privileges through shared memory. The affected ashmem-dev.cpp and MemoryHeapBase paths omit a file-size seal for memfd-backed regions, allowing an untrusted process to shrink a buffer after another process maps it. Exploitation requires local code execution but no additional execution privileges or user interaction; success grants higher privileges, while the underlying operation can also crash the mapping process.
