Remote code execution via unchecked GATT response sizing

Out-of-bounds write in Android 11, 12, 12L, 13, and 14 Bluetooth System code allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted GATT input. The attp_build_read_by_type_value_cmd function serializes fields into an ATT response buffer without adequately validating the available payload capacity. No privileges or user interaction are required, and successful memory corruption grants code execution in the Bluetooth process context.
