Local information disclosure via oversized GATT copy

Out-of-bounds read in Android 11, 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows local users to disclose process memory through the Bluetooth System component. The btif_to_bta_response function always copies GATT_MAX_ATTR_LEN bytes from a buffer whose allocation follows a shorter declared length, and the destination length can subsequently exceed the copied value in attp_build_value_cmd. Exploitation needs local low-privileged access but no user interaction, and the documented consequence is information disclosure only.
