Bluetooth MAC address disclosure via missing permission check

Information disclosure in Android 16 Audio Service allows local users to obtain nearby Bluetooth device MAC addresses without interaction. Audio Service fails to check the caller's permission before returning identifiers for nearby Bluetooth devices. A low-privilege local context is required, and the disclosed data is limited to Bluetooth device identifiers within radio range.
