Out-of-bounds write in Google Android 11, 12, 12L, 13, and 14 allows local users to gain elevated privileges via crafted video data. ConvertRGBToPlanarYUV iterates across the source buffer's full width and height instead of its cropped dimensions, writing beyond the cropped output.
