Cross-profile information disclosure via unchecked user identifier

Information disclosure in Google Android 13 and 14 allows local users to expose another profile's notification-access screen without interaction. CompanionDeviceManagerService.requestNotificationAccess accepted a caller-supplied userId and authorized the package against that profile instead of verifying the calling user. A local app with companion-device notification API access can cross the profile boundary without additional execution privileges.
