Paired-device disclosure via unchecked BLE event lengths

Out-of-bounds reads in Android 11 through 14 allow remote attackers to disclose paired-device information through crafted Bluetooth events. The Bluetooth stack's BTM parsers consume length fields and fixed event fields from HCI BLE packets without first confirming that the supplied event buffer contains enough bytes. Exploitation requires no privileges or user interaction and is limited to disclosure of paired-device information.
