Local privilege escalation via cross-package dream activity

Intent redirection in Google Android 11, 12, 12L, and 13 allows local users to launch protected activities with elevated privileges. DreamService.java's convertToComponentName accepts a flattened settings-activity component from dream metadata without requiring its package to match the dream service's package. A locally installed app running with User privileges can supply the cross-package component; no user interaction is required, and exploitation executes an otherwise protected activity.
