Phishing via reflected portal script execution
Published Feb 14, 2024 · Updated Apr 24, 2025
Reflected XSS in the PAN-OS GlobalProtect portal allows remote attackers to execute browser script through a malicious link. Palo Alto Networks has not disclosed the request parameter or portal handler that reflects attacker-controlled input without safe output encoding. Exposure requires an enabled GlobalProtect portal and a user to click the crafted link; execution occurs in that user's browser and supports phishing.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
