Unintended signatures via odd-length hexadecimal truncation

Integer parsing in Ledger Live before 2.70.0 and @ledgerhq/hw-app-eth before 6.34.7 allows attackers to obtain altered signatures. @ledgerhq/hw-app-eth passes an odd-length hexadecimal integer to Node.js Buffer.from, which drops the final nibble and propagates the reduced value to the device. User approval of the mismatched device hash is required; the resulting signature can authorize unintended blockchain actions, including an asset sale at a lower amount.
