Stored script injection via unescaped notification content

Cross-site scripting in Q2APro On-Site Notifications 1.4.0 through 1.4.6 allows remote authenticated users to inject script into notification views. The process_request function extracts message and text values from stored event parameters and inserts them into HTML title attributes without encoding. A logged-in attacker must submit crafted content and another user must view the resulting notification, allowing script execution in that user's browser.
