Unauthenticated account takeover via four-digit reset codes
Published Jun 11, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Weak password recovery in Abdul Hakeem Build App Online 1.0.22 and earlier allows remote attackers to take over WordPress accounts. The password-reset verifier relies on a four-digit numeric code, allowing attackers to authorize an arbitrary user's password change by guessing the code. No authentication is required to submit guesses; a successful reset grants control of the targeted account with its existing privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
