Unauthenticated service enumeration via login-panel SSRF

Server-side request forgery in OpenText Identity Console 1.0.0 through 1.7.1 allows remote attackers to enumerate open services. The login panel accepts an arbitrary address in its Server IP/DNS field and makes a server-side connection without enforcing authorization. No credentials or user interaction are required; the bounded reported impact is discovery of reachable open services through the console server.
