Weak credential encoding in Lantronix XPort Web Manager 2.0.0.13 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to read credentials from request headers. The Web Manager places credentials in web request headers using encoding that does not protect their confidentiality. Exploitation requires adjacent network access and user interaction with web management; the documented impact is credential disclosure only.
