Unauthenticated link deletion via unchecked deletion action

Improper access control in illi Link Party! 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary submitted links. The public page handler passes action=delete_submission and an attacker-controlled id to the plugin's functions.php deletion path without checking authorization. No account or user interaction is required; any visitor who knows or guesses a link identifier can remove that link from the site's party display.
