Authenticated user-data disclosure via unchecked identifier
Published Jan 11, 2024 · Updated Nov 14, 2024
Improper ownership management in MeetYou Big Whale 1.1 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' data via a crafted id. The Admin Module's /auth/user/all.api handler accepts the caller-controlled id value without verifying ownership of the referenced user record. A low-privileged account and network access to the administrative interface are required, and the documented consequence is disclosure of user records.
