CVE-2023-7210Network attack vector

Unauthenticated API access

Published Jan 7, 2024 · Updated Nov 14, 2024

Improper authentication in the OneNav API through 0.9.33 allows remote attackers to access API functions via a crafted X-Token header. The Api::auth method processes X-Token as an alternative to the token parameter, but public records do not disclose which comparison or state transition accepts an invalid value. No prior authentication or user interaction is required, but public records do not identify which API actions or data become available.
