Stored script execution via unsanitized full name

Stored XSS in PHPGurukul Hospital Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser through registration. registration.php accepts the Fullname field without validation or sanitization, stores the submitted markup, and later renders it after login. Exploitation requires a user to view the stored value; script then runs in that user's application origin, with no reported service interruption.
