Unauthenticated database access via voter ID injection

SQL injection in Code Projects Voting System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or modify database data through a crafted voter ID. The login.php handler embeds the voter POST value in a MySQL WHERE predicate before checking the submitted password, enabling boolean- and time-based queries. The public login form reaches this query before authentication, exposing voting-system database contents and integrity.
