Persistent script execution via unsanitized firstname

Stored cross-site scripting in user_signup.php in Code Projects E-Commerce Website 1.0 allows remote attackers to run scripts via firstname. The signup handler stores the firstname value without sufficient sanitization and later renders it in a browser, causing embedded event-handler code to execute persistently. Registration requires no prior authentication, but script execution requires a user to load the affected account page and occurs within the site's browser context.
