Retained IPA privileges via omitted hostname propagation

Improper privilege management in sudo 1.8.24 through 1.8.27 allows remote authenticated users to retain revoked IPA privileges. The SSSD sudoers backend initializes its parser container without the ipa_hostname-derived long and short hostnames, so host-rule matching uses the wrong client identity. The flaw applies only to IPA-sudo integration; an authenticated user whose host privilege was revoked can continue exercising it.
