SSRF in Cloudflare Miniflare 3.20230821.0 or later but before 3.20231030.2 allows remote attackers to send arbitrary HTTP and WebSocket requests. ProxyServer processed attacker-controlled operation and target headers without requiring MF-Op-Secret to match its private binding. Exposure requires listening on an external interface; an unauthenticated local-network attacker can then reach or modify services accessible from the host.
