Note deletion via unprotected delid request

Cross-site request forgery in PHPGurukul Online Notes Sharing System 1.0 allows remote attackers to delete a user's notes. The manage-notes.php endpoint accepts a GET delid value and deletes the matching note without validating an anti-CSRF token. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to submit an attacker-crafted HTML form, and the published proof of concept demonstrates note deletion only.
