CVE-2023-7037Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated SSRF via unvalidated import URL

Published Dec 21, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024

Server-side request forgery in Automad 1.10.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to probe internal services via file import. FileController::import passes the dashboard-supplied importUrl value to FileModel::import without validating or restricting the requested destination. Dashboard access is required, and the blind response channel supports internal port discovery or interaction with reachable services.
