SQL injection in Tongda OA 2017 11.0 through 11.9 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate database data via DELETE_STR. The general/work_plan/manage/delete_all.php handler incorporates attacker-controlled DELETE_STR data into an SQL operation without sufficient neutralization. Low-privileged application access is required, and successful exploitation can expose, modify, or delete database records.
