SQL injection via unsanitized TEMP_ID

SQL injection in Tongda OA 2017 through 11.9 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data via the TEMP_ID parameter. The general/wiki/cp/ct/view.php endpoint directly concatenates a nonempty TEMP_ID value into an SQL statement without adequate filtering. The endpoint is remotely reachable and exploitation can disclose database contents; the public proof of concept demonstrates blind extraction rather than guaranteed broader system compromise.
