Subscriber-level page design overwrite via unchecked capability

Missing authorization in Themeisle LightStart 2.6.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to overwrite maintenance-page designs. The insert_template function processes a template-import request without verifying that the caller has the capability required to edit the target page. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and successful exploitation changes stored page content without granting broader administrative control.
