UI misrepresentation in Google Chrome before 119.0.6045.105 allows remote attackers to spoof the Omnibox through a crafted HTML page. Google identifies an inappropriate Picture-in-Picture implementation but has not published the specific UI-state or validation failure that permits forged URL-bar content. A user must open the attacker's page; the false URL display can facilitate phishing, but the flaw does not itself disclose data or execute code.
