CVE-2023-7004Public exploit

Unlock-key disclosure via spoofed lock MAC address

Published Mar 15, 2024 · Updated Nov 4, 2025

Improper device verification in Sciener TTLock App 6.4.5 allows physically proximate attackers to capture the unlockKey through a spoofed lock. The app accepts a Bluetooth Low Energy peripheral using the expected lock's spoofable MAC address, then exchanges sensitive authentication material with it. Bluetooth proximity and a device able to occupy the legitimate lock's connection are required; exposure of the unlockKey enables further lock compromise.
