Script execution via unescaped company page title
Published Dec 4, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Reflected XSS in Astoundify WP Job Manager – Company Profiles 1.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject script through company parameter. The page_title function URL-decodes the company query variable and inserts it into the document title without HTML escaping. Exploitation requires a user to open an attacker-crafted link, after which the script executes in the affected site's browser origin.
