Command execution via FTP listing path traversal

Path traversal in MLflow before 2.9.2 allows remote attackers controlling an FTP artifact server to execute commands on the client host. FTPArtifactRepository.list_artifacts filters dot entries before applying os.path.basename to NLST results, so absolute entries such as /.. become unfiltered parent-directory names. Exploitation requires an MLflow process to list artifacts from an attacker-controlled FTP server and can expose data and models or execute commands on that process's host.
